The story of Palazzo Dune

A contemporary monolith in the heart of Turin.

Palazzo Dune, at Via Lagrange 35, is not an ancient historic building but a new luxury real estate project signed by architect Fabio Fantolino, completed and inaugurated in October 2025. Defined by a contemporary architecture that reinterprets Turin's rationalism with modern, sustainable materials, the palace presents itself as a "monolith" in pale stone that integrates into the urban fabric of the centre, hosting fine residences and commercial spaces.

  • Address: Via Lagrange 35, Turin — first floor, balcony onto the street.
  • Architecture: design signed by Fabio Fantolino; reinterpretation of Turin's rationalism; pale stone; "casket" glass features.
  • Materials: a single material (stone) for monumentality + modern technologies for comfort and sustainability.
  • Function: high-end residential + ground-floor retail.
  • Unit services: pets welcome, self check-in via smart lock, free parking in inner garage.
  • Status: completed and inaugurated October 2025.

"Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Turin — everything is within easy walking distance. Having private parking is a huge bonus, especially in the city center. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and everything felt brand new. Loved the stylish details and the beautiful tableware. The apartment was very warm and cozy, with excellent soundproofing, so it was quiet and relaxing. The shower was amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this place again."

"Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccezionale in questo appartamento, tutto corrisponde alla descrizione. All'ingresso dell'appartamento un meraviglioso odore ci accoglie. Le camere sono grandi e luminose. Tutto è pulito, molto ben tenuto e ben attrezzato. L'appartamento è tranquillo nonostante la posizione nel pieno centro della città. Molte grazie! Ci torneremo!"
