ELYUS is the luxury segment of a group dedicated to hospitality and real estate management in Turin. We grew out of the experience of Auxilium Real Estate and the Auxilium Short Rent brand, both active in short-term rentals and the management of residential properties.
With ELYUS we chose to build a separate collection, dedicated to historic palaces and distinguished residences — a more curated hospitality offer, designed for an international audience, distributed through premium channels and with direct booking, free of OTA commissions.
The group operates with a single operational direction: shared standards, common technology, in-house training. But each brand keeps its own identity — the smart business segment for Auxilium Short Rent, the heritage segment for ELYUS.
The ELYUS collection currently includes three residences in the historic centre of Turin. The progressive expansion plan involves new addresses in Turin and, in perspective, in other Italian cities of cultural value (Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome).
To accompany this growth we are looking for people — not profiles. People who share an idea of discreet luxury, attentive but unobtrusive service, and international language as a daily tool. Fluent English is a non-negotiable requirement for all positions: our guests come from across the world, and so should our way of speaking with them.

Day-to-day operational management of the residences: check-ins, housekeeping, direct relations with guests, coordination of suppliers and technicians for maintenance. We are looking for 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or property management, operational autonomy, attention to detail. Fluent English required, driving licence (B).
Design and curation of the exclusive experiences we offer to guests: private itineraries, reserved access, curated activities. Building and managing the luxury partner network (chefs, sommeliers, guides, drivers, ateliers) across Piedmont. Experience in high-end hospitality, travel design or boutique concierge. Fluent English required.
Acquisition of new residences for the collection: scouting of historic palaces, direct relations with owners, technical-commercial assessment, mandate negotiation and onboarding. Solid commercial experience, preferably in real estate, asset management or wealth advisory. Fluent English required, strong interpersonal skills, discretion.
